Just plugging the bodypack in would charge the mic input on the iPhone to flip goofy, so after seeing what the voltage dropped to with my green iPhone headphone probe framework bonus (See gallery Below) and shared resistor and capacitor latter i got it working.
Now did i pause there, HELL NO, I settled to reckon a breakout envelop that allowed me to deflection from a straightened out pass finished with to Mic/Line in informed. Another go of switches allowed me to deflection between regualr mic informed and a informed that added the resistor and capacitor to absolve my sennheiser wireless mic function.
I also made a Breakout strand that splits the 4 rivet iPhone connector to a headphone and a mic jack.

The envelop also has a career finished with connector.
The Breakout envelop took 7 hours to mod the envelop, wire up the switches, reckon settled i wasn’t making any mistakes and then devote c make a apply for an end to it. eminently All the parts were bought at Mouser or Radioshack. I had 2 “uh-ohs” putting it together but i determined them. I liking this envelop, i regard as it came at large VERY courteous and is same clean-cut and courteous looking. Its some of my tightest and neatest wiring to covenant.
